EIJMERS MOULD SERVICE
The name Eijmers is not unknown in the world of metalworking. Egon Eijmers is the fourth generation of metalworkers in his family. He grew up in his grandfather’s workshops and joined his father’s machine factory back in 1985. His great passion is designing (engineering), making, maintaining and repairing injection moulds to perfection. Egon inputs all his creativity and technical expertise into every single project, with the aim of providing his customers with the very best injection moulds. Eijmers Mould Service has its own fully-equipped workshop in which every aspect of work on and for injection moulds is carried out. With its modern equipment, the company performs CNC milling, CNC turning, CNC sink EDM, cylindrical grinding and surface grinding. Designs are produced on a modern CAD/CAM system and mould dimensions are monitored on an innovative 3D measuring machine.
Eijmers Mould Service’s strength lies in the fact that it can respond fast to customers’ needs – whether that’s replacing parts, repairing moulds or supplying a completely new mould produced in its own workshop in the Netherlands or imported from elsewhere in the world. Egon Eijmers has been importing moulds since 2002. With his in-depth expertise and extensive network, he can find the mould with the best price/quality ratio for every customer. KEURHORST METAALBEWERKING
Michiel Keurhorst set up his own business as a precision metalworker in 2015. He learned his trade by gaining many years of experience in the world of moulds and machining.
Keurhorst specialises in 3D milling of mould components, mechanical parts or prototypes, whether in steel, aluminium, titanium, plastic or another material.
Keurhorst has a fully air-conditioned workshop with a Hermle C40V machining centre and top-of-the-range tools and measuring equipment where they produce complete new moulds, carry out repairs and make new parts with or without reverse engineering. Scanning of parts or even complete moulds is available through the company’s extensive partner network. The scanned data is then used in-house to produce 3D drawings with Cimatron, powerful CAD/CAM software that guarantees perfect components right down to the smallest detail. Keurhorst can produce prototypes as well as small series in plastic on a DDDrop 3D printer. This allows them to produce parts at an attractive price. A column drill is used to insert long cooling channels into moulds. With a 50 t Krauss-Maffei, Keurhorst can carry out trial injections and produce small to medium-sized series. They also have a Bridgeport milling machine with a 1020 mm stroke. This machine is ideal for producing mechanical engineering components and all kinds of other milling jobs, from single pieces to small series.
MASSOP CONSULTANCY
After a long career in the metal industry (since 1984), Lucas Massop founded Massop Consultancy in 2011. Prior to that, Lucas worked in various roles at different companies specialising in high-end moulds and dies.
Practical experience along with qualifications in metalworking and mould making and a management focus mean that Massop Consultancy speaks the language of management as well as that of the shop floor.
